Travel to trip location/ To-go breakfast on the bus 10:30 - 12:30 Extreme Adventure trip activity 12:30 - 1:00 Picnic lunch 1:00 - 2:00. Continue Extreme Adventure trip activity 2:00 - 2:30 Trip wrap up and prepare for travel 2:30 - 3:30. Bus travel back to home base 3:30 - 4:00. Afternoon snack 4:00 - 4:10. 1st Pickup Window Sample Menu Breakfast: Oatmeal or grits and fresh fruit Morning Snack: Pretzel sticks w/ sunbutter and applesauce Lunch: Cheese quesadilla with rice & beans and fresh fruit Afternoon Snack: Fruit/veggie & yogurt smoothie Late-Stay Snack: Veggie Straws or Popcorners
