ENROLLMENT

In order to maintain a position in the current roster:

1. Student must be enrolled with all payments up to date

2. Student must continue to contribute to a respectful learning environment.

REGISTRATION, TUITION PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS

There is no registration fee for World Explorers class offerings, with the exception of Too Cool For School which has a $75 class supply fee. This fee covers all Too Cool for School students under one family account for the duration of the trimester. Each family will receive a 10% discount for additional classes of equal or lesser value purchased under the same family. Tuition for all classes is due at time of registration. Enrollment is not complete until payment has been processed. Enrollment is based on the trimester; it is not month-to-month. Families may choose to pay for a trimester in full upon enrollment or by payment plan with advanced arrangement. Payment can be made directly online.  Please refer to the Classes pages of our website for full details on courses and tuition. Late payments may result in unenrollment.

No refunds will be given for missed classes.

CANCELLATION/MAKE-UP POLICY/CHANGE IN SCHEDULE

Student absence is at the discretion of each individual family. Tuition will not be prorated for absences, family vacations, etc.  In the rare case of teacher reschedule or emergency closing due to causes beyond our control, i.e. inclement weather, students will be able to choose to make up a class during our designated makeup days that are indicated online. Students must pre-register to attend a Make-Up Session (max 1 per school year trimester)

COVID-specific: The safety of our instructors and our students and their families are our top priority. In the event that in-person classes and lessons are not possible due to governmental restrictions or if World Explorers determines that in-person classes cannot be conducted safely, all classes and lessons will move to a virtual format. We will provide immediate notice of these changes and detailed instructions on how to access virtual classes. Due to the additional strain on our staff of conducting virtual classes (and in order to preserve the income of our instructors), refunds will not be given for a change in the delivery of classes. If a student is unable to participate in virtual classes for any reason, you must contact us immediately to have your student unenrolled from the class. Upon the date of unenrollment, the balance of tuition for the remainder of the semester will remain as a credit on your account until in-person classes resume.
