Ready, set, invent! Learn all about how to turn wonderful, creative ideas into actual inventions! Explorers will be challenged to see what their imaginations can create. Using recycled materials, legos and other building materials, our explorers will have the opportunity to design the machines of the future. Sample Daily Schedule 8:00-9:00 am Arrival 8:30-9:00 am Breakfast 9:00 am Large Group to discuss plans for the day 9:15 am Teacher-led/Child-led activities 10:15 am Large Muscle/Fort Greene Park 11:30 am Lunch 12:30 pm Rest Time (Length: counselors discretion. All/Some children may wake up early to play quietly) 2:30 pm Snack 3:00 pm Large Muscle/Fort Greene Park 4:00pm - Pick-up 4:00-6:00 pm After care/child-directed activities/snack at 5pm/music and movement/ (extra fee for Aftercare) Sample Daily Menu Breakfast: Oatmeal or grits and fresh fruit Lunch: Cheese quesadilla with rice & beans and fresh fruit Afternoon Snack: Fruit/veggie & yogurt smoothie Late-Stay Snack: Veggie Straws or Popcorners
